Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable with a decent en suite, but the smell was a bit off, possibly due to previous smokers or mustiness. It was also quite noisy with the neighboring wedding guests partying late into the night. On the bright side, the non-residents' menu offered good choices at a fair price, and the bed was cozy.
The hotel is located very conveniently on the high street, just yards from the sea, making it great for those who enjoy lovely walks along the estuary. The rooms are basic but functional, with everything in working order, although the lack of immediate response about heating was a drawback. The hotel could use some updating and a touch-up of paint, but overall the rooms provide a comfortable stay at a decent price.
The hotel offers basic rooms that could use some TLC, but they are clean and well-appointed. It may not be the Ritz, but it serves its purpose. The service was decent, particularly the housekeeping. The location is great for exploring the area and has good facilities, making it a suitable choice for visiting relatives. The dining experience was pleasant, and the facilities met my needs.
